The Des Moines – Central Iowa Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi held its annual holiday tradition Saturday December 9. Several alumni brothers got together for the Ugly Christmas Sweater Party.
Thanks to Jody for hosting an excellent social event featuring a ‘Yankee Swap’ gift exchange, games, food, and drinks. Many brothers had never played the ‘meme’ card/party game ‘What Do You Meme?”. It was fun to play and lots of laughs were had.

Much fun was had by all. The alumni chapter is looking forward to 2016 and the new year.
Fraternity Grand President, Onuka emailed his holiday message last week:
Last week proved to make for an excellent Happy Hour with the Des Moines – Central Iowa Alumni Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi.
Held at Louie’s Wine Dive in Des Moines, brother gathered to catch up and plan for the fall. One of the more important discussions was around fundraising. Everything was wrapped up regarding the ribbon sales fundraiser at GCC. And the Younkers Community Days fundraiser was discussed and coupon books were distributed. Other than that, it was mostly fun, talking about summer highlights, news, and how close brothers are to each of their company’s CEOs.
Save the date of Saturday, October 24. This is the tentative date of the Regional Conference, to be held this year in Omaha, NE. Alumni are invited to attend. Look for more information and a registration link soon.
Recently Grand President, Onuka sent out a message directed at fraternity alumni. Below is part of that emailed message:
